SMS CONSENT & OPT-IN DISCLOSURE

New Day Creative offers optional SMS appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, cancellation notices, and appointment-related notifications.
How Consent Is Collected
Consent is collected verbally during a telephone conversation with New Day Creative staff or our automated phone assistant. There is no web form opt-in for this program.
After a customer provides a mobile phone number during a booking call and confirms it back to us, we ask:
"Want me to text you a confirmation and a reminder the day before? They come from New Day Creative — just a couple messages per appointment, standard rates apply, and you can reply STOP anytime. Totally up to you."
The customer must affirmatively agree before any SMS messages are sent. A customer who declines, hesitates, or gives an unclear answer is recorded as having not consented, and is never texted.
Consent, and whether it was given, is recorded with the booking record at the time of the call.
What You Will Receive
Customers who opt in generally receive:

One appointment confirmation text, sent immediately after the booking call.

One appointment reminder text, sent the day before the scheduled appointment.
Additional messages may be sent to communicate appointment changes, cancellations, or to answer a question you have asked.
This program does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
Declining Does Not Affect Your Appointment
Consent to receive text messages is not required to schedule an appointment or receive services. Customers who decline are booked exactly the same way and still receive a spoken confirmation on the call, and an email confirmation if they provide an address.
Frequency, Rates, and Opting Out
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity — typically a couple of messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
